An inclusive playground for Gorham, NH

Let's build it!

About the Limitless Playground

The Gorham Parks and Recreaction Department along with Northern Human Services, Community Services Center, the Family Support Council and a group of energetic parents are working together to build a new ADA accessable playground on the Gorham Common. And we need your help! We are hoping to raise enough funds to break ground and install a few pieces of equipment this coming spring 2020. We will be working on fundraisers and grant opportunities in the near future as the entire project will cost around $70,000.00. Through word of mouth of this project, we have already raised $14,562! This project will be done in phases over a number of years as the cost is high, but with your help, and the help of others, we can reach our goal much sooner. We are planning on having a wheelchair swing, a wheelchair whirl, a glide along and several interactive features. This equipment is not only handicap accessible, but children of all abilities can enjoy playing together in our new inclusive playground.
